This time the artist is Sheila Goldman and below is a quote from the artist. Please join us during this exhibition in supporting our local arts community.
Ljubica Marušić was born and lived in Former Yugoslavia. She came to
Canada from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2001, to join and live
with her children.
Ljubica has Early Child Education Diploma,
University Degree in Pedagogy and Psychology and 30 years experience
working with children and adults. During her work she drew a lot using:
charcoal, pastel and water colours. She was involved as an illustrator
for a children’s magazine for several years. When retired and during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina she did not drew a lot.
